Elson Quincy Hooi (born 1 October 1991) is a Curaçaoan footballer who plays as a right winger for Thai League 2 club Chiangmai United and the Curaçao national team.

[4][5][6] He formerly played for NAC Breda, Viborg FF, FC Volendam, Ermis Aradippou, and Vendsyssel FF.
