Endicott is a town in Whitman County, Washington, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.29 square miles (0.75 km2), all of it land.

As of the 2000 census, there were 621 people, 140 households, and 99 families living in the town.

27.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
