She made her senior debut at the 2019 Melbourne World Cup and finished sixth on the balance beam.
[6] She then won bronze medals on the uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise at the 2019 Zhaoqing World Challenge Cup.
[7] At the Korean Cup, she competed on the uneven bars and balance beam, finishing fourth and ninth, respectively.
[9] Eom won the all-around title at the 2021 South Korean Championships with the highest scores on all four apparatus.
[12] Eom competed at the 2023 City of Jesolo Trophy, helping South Korea win the team silver medal behind Italy.
