Eric Thompson (born August 4, 1993) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Cocodrilos de Caracas.

On March 4, 2018, Thompson recorded a double-double with a season-high 27 points and 15 rebounds, shooting 10-of-13 from the field, in a 75–83 loss to SAM Basket Massagno.

[4] On July 11, 2018, Thompson recorded a career-high 42 points, shooting 16-of-24 from the field, along with 23 rebounds and three blocks in a 119–150 loss to Hebei Xianglan.
