Ernst Kaufmann (9 June 1895 – 20 December 1943) was a Swiss racing cyclist.

He won the sprint event at the 1925 UCI Track Cycling World Championships and the Grand Prix de Paris in 1923 and 1927.

He was the Swiss National Road Race champion in 1917 and 1918, and was an 18-time national sprint champion.
