Simirioti won the Women's singles event, beating fellow Greek Sofia Marinou in the final.

[2] Simirioti also competed in the mixed doubles event with Nikolaos Zarifis [el], losing in the semi-finals.

[2][3] Simirioti later won the Panhellenic Tennis Championship [el] singles event in 1910 and 1914, and came second in 1924.

Her brother Georgios Simiriotis also competed at the 1906 Intercalated Games in tennis.
