Eucalyptus exilipes, commonly known as the fine-leaved ironbark,[2] is a species of medium to tall tree and is endemic to Queensland.
Eucalyptus exilipes is a tree that typically grows to a height of 35 m (115 ft) and forms a lignotuber.
The fruit is a woody, cup-shaped to shortened spherical capsule 4–5 mm (0.16–0.20 in) long and wide with the valves near rim level.
[3] Eucalyptus exilipes was first formally described in 1987 by Ian Brooker and Anthony Bean from a specimen they collected in the White Mountains in 1985.
[3] Eucalyptus exilipes is classified as "least concern" under the Queensland Government Nature Conservation Act 1992.
