Euclidia triquetra

Euclidia triquetra is a moth of the family Erebidae first described by Michael Denis and Ignaz Schiffermüller in 1775.

[1][2] It is found in south-eastern Europe, as well as Kazakhstan, Anatolia eastern Siberia up to the Pacific Ocean.

Its habitat consists of warm, dry areas.

Adults are on wing from mid April to June and from the end of July to August.

The larvae feed on various Fabaceae species, including Astragalus and Onobrychis species.
