Evening Shade is a city in southwest Sharp County, Arkansas, United States.

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters.

[13] Evening Shade was nominally the locale for the 1990–1994 TV series called Evening Shade, about a former pro football player who moves back to his Arkansas childhood home to coach the local school football team.
