Andrew Ewan Stewart[1] (born 26 August 1957) is a Scottish film, television and stage actor.
He is best known for his role as First Officer Murdoch in Titanic (1997) and Only Fools and Horses as Dr Robbie Meadows.
He left Scotland to move to London in 1975 and started working in theatres as well as studying drama.
In 2005, Stewart was one of many European actors considered for the vacant role of James Bond.
Stewart lives in London with his wife, English actress Clare Byam-Shaw, and has two children.
