Home matches are played at the Dragão Arena, alongside the men's basketball and roller hockey, and women's volleyball teams.

The current head coach is former Swedish international Magnus Andersson, who returned to the club after a one-season break, having held the job from 2018 to 2023.

During this period, the club won 37 regional and 29 national league titles in the field handball discipline.
