The academic program at the FLAME University is led by Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Dishan Kamdar.

Former Vice-Chancellor Dr. Devi Singh,[3] who stepped down after a term at the helm, continues to play a leadership role as a member of the Governing Body.

In the past, Singh served as Director of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.

The university offers programs at undergraduate, postragraduate, and doctoral levels in subjects such as Arts, Science, Business, Design, etc.
