Fassberg) is a municipality in the district of Celle, in Lower Saxony, Germany.

It is situated approximately 35 km north of Celle, and 30 km west of Uelzen.

Faßberg has an oceanic climate (Köppen: Cfb; Trewartha: Dobk).
