Fairview is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Walker County, Georgia, United States.

[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.5 square miles (19 km2), all land.

[14] As of the 2020 United States census, there were 6,409 people, 2,439 households, and 1,715 families residing in the CDP.

At the 2000 census,[2] there were 6,601 people, 2,568 households and 1,931 families residing in the CDP.

22.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
