Falkner is a town in Tippah County, Mississippi, United States.

Just south of Falkner, MS 15 intersects Mississippi Highway 370, which connects it with Ashland to the west.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km2), all land.

[citation needed] As of the census[4] of 2000, there were 213 people, 85 households, and 62 families residing in the town.

The Town of Falkner is served by the North Tippah School District.
