Farlington is a census-designated place (CDP) in Crawford County, Kansas, United States.

[2] Farlington is located near K-7, 8 miles (13 km) north of Girard.

[3] Farlington was a shipping point on the St. Louis–San Francisco Railway, and was laid out in 1869 when that line was extended to it.

[6] The 2020 United States census counted 68 people, 31 households, and 16 families in Farlington.

48.4% of households consisted of individuals and 29.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
