Farr West, Utah

[6] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 5.8 square miles (15.1 km2), all land.

The city was named after Lorin Farr and Chauncey W. West, who was the son-in-law of Abraham Hoagland.

[7] The name echoes "Far West", an important early Mormon settlement in frontier Missouri.

[9] In 2014, Wahlquist Junior High was rebuilt and moved to another location in Farr West.

In the 118th United States Congress, Blake Moore (R-Salt Lake City) represents the district[11][12]
