[1] Jamtara district in the south-eastern part of Santhal Parganas is a rolling upland tract.

[9] Panchayats of Fatehpur CD block are: Agaiyasarmundi, Asanberia, Bamandiha, Bandarnacha, Banudih, Bindapathar, Chapuriya, Dhasaniya, Dumaria, Fatehpur, Jamjori, Khamarbad, Palajori, Simaldubi and Simladangal.
