Fayetteville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Conococheague Creek, a tributary of the Potomac River, forms the northern edge of the community.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.2 square miles (8.2 km2), all land.
22.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
