Federico Martín Aramburú (Spanish pronunciation: [feðeˈɾiko maɾˈtin aɾambuˈɾu]; 20 January 1980 – 19 March 2022[1]) was an Argentine rugby union player.
He spent much of his early career in France with Biarritz Olympique, USA Perpignan and US Dax.
After his international debut in April 2004 in a match against Chile, Aramburú won 22 caps, (17 starts and 5 appearances from the bench) scoring eight tries, including one against Georgia in the 2007 World Cup.
[3] He was killed on 19 March 2022 in a drive-by shooting after an argument at a bar in Paris.
