Felicity Margaret Heal, FRHistS, FBA (born 24 September 1945) is a British historian and academic, specialising in early modern Britain.
Heal was born on 24 September 1945 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England, to John and Winifred Chandler.
