The Women's field hockey tournament at the 2019 Pan American Games will be the 9th edition of the field hockey event for women at the Pan American Games.

It will take place over a twelve-day period beginning on 29 July, and culminated with the medal finals on 9 August.

The winner of this tournament will qualify for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.

If Canada and/or the United States have not qualified still, a playoff between the nations and the third-ranked at the Pan American Cups will take place.
