Fleury-sur-Andelle (French pronunciation: [flœʁi syʁ ɑ̃dɛl]; Norman: Flleury-sus-Aundelle) is a commune in the Eure department, in the region of Normandy, northern France.

It is twinned with East Goscote, Leicestershire.
