Florence Nakimbugwe Nsubuga (née Florence Nakimbugwe), but commonly known as Florence Nsubuga, is a Ugandan businesswoman and corporate executive, who since 2012, serves as the chief operating officer (COO) of Umeme Limited, the largest electricity distribution company in Uganda,[1] whose stock trades of the Uganda Securities Exchange and on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.
She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, specializing in Marketing, from Makerere University in 1996.
She went on to obtain a Master of Arts (MA) degree, in Economic policy planning, also from Makerere.
As of November 2017, she was pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Edinburgh, in Scotland.
