The 2015 African Games men's football tournament qualification decided the participating teams of the 2015 African Games men's football tournament.
[1] Both the qualifying rounds and the final tournament were age-restricted and open to men's under-23 national teams only.
A total of 24 teams entered the qualifying rounds, organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
If the aggregate score was tied after the second leg, the away goals rule would be applied, and if still level, the penalty shoot-out would be used to determine the winner (no extra time would be played).
[3] Note: Libya, Guinea-Bissau, Madagascar, Tunisia and Swaziland withdrew.
Burundi, the team eliminated by Egypt in the final round, declined to replace them due to short notice.
