Football at the Central American Games is the football tournament in the subregional multi-sport event of the Central American Games.

The competition is organized by Organización Deportiva Centroamericana (Central American Sport Organization).

The men's tournament has been played since 1973 and only the U-20 teams participate.

The women's tournament has been played since 2001 for the senior national teams.
