Fowler is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Gilmer Township, Adams County, Illinois, United States and is located near Quincy.

U.S. Route 24 passes through the center of town as well as the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad.

According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Fowler has a total area of 0.14 square miles (0.36 km2), all land.

There were 70 housing units at an average density of 518.52 per square mile (200.20/km2).
