Foyil is a town in Rogers County, Oklahoma, United States.
It was named for Alfred Foyil, a local landowner and the first postmaster of the town.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all land.
23.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
