François Langelier

Sir François Langelier, KCMG FRSC (24 December 1838 – 8 February 1915) was a Canadian lawyer, professor, journalist, politician, the tenth Lieutenant Governor of Quebec, and author.

In 1871, he was an unsuccessful candidate to the Legislative Assembly of Quebec for the riding of Bagot.

He resigned in 1898 when he was appointed a puisne judge of the Quebec Superior Court for the district of Montreal.
