Gall broke through in 1963 with her debut single "Ne sois pas si bête", a French adaptation of the song "Stand a Little Closer" by the Laurie Sisters.
[3][4] She also participated in the Sanremo Music Festival 1969 alongside Gigliola Cinquetti with the song "La pioggia", finishing in sixth place.
In 1978, she featured on the rock opera album Starmania, produced by her husband Michel Berger.
Gall concluded her musical career shortly after the release of her final studio album, France, in 1996.
