Francisco José Pacheco Torres (born 27 March 1982) is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer.

In the 2006 season, he won two stages at the Vuelta an Alicante and he finished third at the Trofeo Guerrita.

In his first year there, he won a stage of the Volta a Portugal and he joined Contentpolis-Ampo in 2009.

On 31 December 2013, he announced his retirement from cycling at the end of the season[2] after a six-year career.
