Franklin is a town in Izard County, Arkansas, United States.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.83% White, 1.09% Native American, 1.09% from other races.

[7] Of the 80 households 23.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 7.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.0% were non-families.

About 13.5% of families and 19.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 17.6% of those under the age of eighteen and 34.1% of those sixty five or over.
