Franz Upham Burkett (October 24, 1887 – January 23, 1961) was an American lawyer and politician from Maine.
During the 1933 – 1934 session, he was elected Speaker of the Maine House of Representatives.
He attended Maine Wesleyan Seminary and graduated from Bowdoin College in 1911.
After graduation, he served as a lieutenant in the First World War.
After returning from the war, Burkett practiced law in Cumberland County.
