Samuel Frederik Bætzmann (16 October 1841 – 2 May 1913) was a Norwegian journalist, foreign correspondent and editor.

His father, Samuel Severin Bætzmann (1800–1859), was mayor of Trondheim and served as a member of the Norwegian Parliament.

He worked for the newspaper Aftenbladet from 1867 to 1871 and for Dagbladet from 1871, later for a short period as editor-in-chief.

During this period, he published the book Italiens frihedskamp with Aschehoug in 1911.
