Fredyan Wahyu Sugiantoro (born 11 April 1998), commonly known as Ucil, is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Liga 1 club Malut United.

On 10 May 2019, he signed two-year contract with Liga 1 club PSIS Semarang to play in 2019 season.

[8] On 4 September 2021, Fredyan started his match in the 2021–22 Liga 1 season for PSIS Semarang in a 1–0 win over Persela, he played full 90 minutes.
