Friendship is a town in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, United States.

Friendship is located in southern Hot Spring County on high ground half a mile (0.8 km) north of the Ouachita River.

Interstate 30 passes just northwest of the town limits, with access from Exit 83.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town of Friendship has a total area of 0.73 square miles (1.9 km2), all land.

About 11.8% of families and 13.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including 17.8% of those under the age of eighteen and 7.5% of those 65 or over.
