Gérard Cohen (born February 19, 1953) is a Swiss private banker and patron of the arts.
Between 1991 and 2016 he was managing director of HSBC Private Bank in Monaco.
In 1978 Cohen started his career at Republic National Bank of New York under Edmond Safra.
From 2002 to 2014 he was a member of the international director council of the Guggenheim Museum, New York City, and from 2003 to 2014 of the Tate Modern, London.
In 1994 Cohen founded the International School of Monaco, and from 1994-2018 he served as chairman of the board of trustees.
