Gönnebek is a municipality in the district of Segeberg, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.

Gönnebek is part of the Amt ("collective municipality") Bornhöved.

It is situated approximately 15 km east of Neumünster.

The next train station is located in Rickling.
