Głusko Duże-Kolonia [ˈɡwuskɔ ˈduʐɛ kɔˈlɔɲa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Karczmiska, within Opole Lubelskie County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.

It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Karczmiska, 7 km (4 mi) north-east of Opole Lubelskie, and 40 km (25 mi) west of the regional capital Lublin.
