Gurmukh Singh Bali (27 July 1954 – 30 October 2021) was a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Nagrota Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
He was the Transport, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Technical Education Minister in Himachal Pradesh Cabinet.
He served as the Himachal Nagrik Sudhar Sabha's founding president.
From 1990 to 1997, he served as the Indian National Congress Vichar Manch's convener.
