Gaganvihari Lallubhai Mehta

Mehta was born to his parents, Lallubhai Samaldas and Satyavati on 15 April 1900 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Due to ill health, he left his studies in London incomplete and returned to Mumbai.
