Garland is a census-designated place (CDP) in Park County, Wyoming, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.4 square miles (8.8 km2), all land.

25.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were no families and 28.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 23.8% of those over 64.
