Unincorporated communities in the township include Winslow, Bowersville and Foxburg.
The racial makeup of the township was 99.11% White, 0.15% Asian, 0.45% Pacific Islander, and 0.30% from two or more races.
18.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
