Gennadi Nikolayevich Styopushkin (Russian: Геннадий Николаевич Стёпушкин; born 2 June 1964) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player.
As a player, he made his debut in the Soviet Second League in 1981 for Rostselmash Rostov-on-Don.
