Germán López Montoya (born 29 December 1971) is a former professional tennis player from Spain.

[1] Lopez was runner-up in the 18 and Under category of the 1989 Orange Bowl, losing the final to Fernando Meligeni.

His victory over world number 10 Emilio Sánchez in Stuttgart was the biggest win of his career.

The following year he made the final of the Grand Prix Hassan II event in Casablanca, after a comprehensive semi-final win over Bart Wuyts when he didn't drop a single game.

He won the first set of the final against Guillermo Pérez Roldán but was unable to win the title.
