The Town of Germantown is in Juneau County, Wisconsin, in the United States.

At the 2000 census,[2] there were 1,174 people, 535 households and 385 families residing in the town.

There were 1,344 housing units at an average density of 40.5 per square mile (15.6/km2).

There were 535 households, of which 19.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.2% were married couples living together, 7.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 27.9% were non-families.

23.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
