Gilançay (also, Gilanchay and Kilyanchay) is a village and municipality in the Ordubad District of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan.

Its population is busy with gardening, vegetable-growing and animal husbandry.

There are secondary school, library, club and a medical center in the village.
