Gillham is a town in Sevier County, Arkansas, United States.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.3 km2 (0.89 sq mi), of which 2.2 km2 (0.85 sq mi) is land and 1.15% is water.

As of the census[6] of 2000, there were 188 people, 74 households, and 54 families residing in the town.

20.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 16.0% of families and 23.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 34.9% of those under the age of 18 and 17.4% of those 65 or over.
