Glen Vincent Dexter (born 1 November 1952) is a Canadian former sailor who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics.

He also obtained a Master of Mathematics from University of Waterloo.

Dexter, along with former Olympic partners Andreas Josenhans and Sandy MacMillan, founded North Sails Atlantic, the largest sail manufacturing firm in Nova Scotia.

Dexter is president and CEO of Canadian International Capital and chairman of Medusa Medical Technologies, a health care related software company.
