Gloria Siebert (née Kovarik, born 13 January 1964 in Ortrand, Bezirk Cottbus) is a former East German hurdler.

She won the silver medal in the 100 metres hurdles at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.

Her result at the 1987 World Championships was 12.44 seconds, a career best time.

This ranks her second among German 100 m hurdlers, only behind Bettine Jahn.
